Halpine Central is an AVJennings townhome project that required an edgy brand that would resonate with buyers in Brisbane’s highly competitive North Lakes region. A strong colour palette sets the scene for a unique brand flavour, with brand materials making full use of the striking pink colour. A comprehensive photo shoot coupled with architectural renders helped create a strong visual story, allowing customers to see the full AVJennings vision of the completed development.

The purpose-built sales centre featured scale models of the unit designs, as well as 3D immersive software that allowed customers to ‘walk through’ each unit using a joystick controller. The marketing campaign employed a detailed online strategy, featuring SEO/SEM, digital advertising, lead generation and website.
