This brand refresh for Big Sky Coomera delivered a new energy to what had become an outdated brand. New lifestyle photography, a new logo and completely new brand look and feel marked a bold new direction for the estate. The brand was built up around the ‘big’ theme, using a bubble device to give voice to the various key statements used to promote the estate. A giant voice bubble was also constructed as a dynamic visual sculpture piece, leading in to a next-generation sales centre.
The brand was executed across all mediums including print materials, website, lead capture page and more. The marketing strategy featured a core focus on digital activities utilising SEO/SEM, Facebook and online advertising and lead generation practices to attract quality enquiries.
