PROJECT OVERVIEW

Cedar Woods’ Greville is a vibrant masterplanned community, offering a curated collection of terrace homes, apartments, and heritage residences just 5km from the Brisbane CBD. The community features a 4,000sqm parkland plus a residents’ pool and recreation area, connected by a series of landscaped pathways. 

We were tasked with the creation of the name, logo, and overall look and feel of the project, with an overarching theme of old meets new. The brand was designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers, from young professionals through to downsizers and empty nesters. A striking colour palette was developed in order to give each product its own easily-identifiable yet individual sub-brand, which would then roll out amongst the collateral. Through extensive lifestyle photography shot on location, we were able to create a unique yet timeless brand that was received exceptionally well upon launch.
